|Recommended: YesIt's Good As A Start Off Apartment. — it's a good place if you don't have any kids ranging from 12months and toddler ages. definitely don't recommend if you have kids in the toddler range just because people will complain about your kids walking, throwing tantrums, etc. other than that it's a good apartment.

|Recommended: YesOdd Move In — On the day I signed my lease, I was not able to get into my unit with my key and had to have maintenance fix my door knob as I was moving in. I also witnessed a young man smoking marijuana inside the building, sitting on the stair case. The members of the community were nice and the people in the leasing office offered to resolve all of my issues.

|Recommended: YesStaff — I will sometimes complain and bring things to the attention of mgmt that I think are important. I have found that staff mgmt is always responsive to my comments.
I also think that it’s important to talk about things that are going well. This morning when I left my apartment, I noticed how clean the hallway was, how nicely painted the walls were, and how well-lit and bright the hallway was – this made me feel good.
When I walked outside, I noticed how clean the grounds were, even around the dumpster, and how well maintained the grounds were – this also made me feel good.
This morning, it really felt like staff mgmt cares and is really working hard to make Vista Park a great place to live – this made me feel good about my decision to live here.

|Recommended: YesBeen Here Over A Year — The roaches have been getting worse but we never get a chance to plan out with the office a good time for it to be sprayed and looked at since we have cats. Not a night worker friendly enviroment. Kids beat on walls and run around hallways like a playground. People will play music so loud it can be heard and felt 2 floors up as well as the entire bottom floor. Other than all of that, better than everywhere else I've lived in aurora. Of those can get fixed and it was like when we first moved in, I'd recommend to everyone.
