Apartment Features
All vehicles parked in the Community's open lot must display an active ParkM parking permit. Any vehicle found in the open lot that is not displaying an active ParkM parking permit is subject to tow, without warning or notice, at the vehicle owner's expense. All guest vehicles must display an active ParkM parking permit to park in the Community's open lot between the hours of 7pm to 8am, every day of the year. Any guest vehicle parked on site between 7pm and 8am that is not displaying an active ParkM permit is subject to tow, without warning or notice, at the vehicle owner's expense. The Community is not liable or responsible for any vehicle that is towed for to not displaying a valid permit.
